The Field Coordinator-Intern is under the supervision of the provincial manager to support the project provincial team in project planning, coordinating with relevant partners, expenditures and implementing activities.
Duty Station:
- 1 Position at Battambang Province with travel to other provinces if required.
- 1 Position at Banteay Meanchey Province with travel to other provinces if required
Report to: Provincial Manager
Duration: April to December 2026
Works Closely with: Field Coordinator and Admin and Finance Assistant

- Field Implementation Support
- Support the Provincial Manager (PM) to produce monthly work plans and budget with partners and for self-implemented activities.
- Support to monitor project activities through regular field visits.
- Support Provincial Manager to coordinate with relevant partners and stakeholders (service providers, private companies, business association, local government for the implementation.
- Administrative and Documentation Support
- Support provincial teams in organize workshops, training, and other events related to the project.
- Support logistics for field-level training and events.
- Support PM and AFA to review partner-submitted expenses and receipts related to field activities for accuracy and compliance.
- Record minutes for project-related meetings and events.
- Support PM to organize project documentation within the online platform (SharePoint)
- Monitoring & Data Collection
- Support with Monitoring and Result Measurement (MRM) team including field data collection, recording, tracking and reporting to PM.
- Participate in field visits to document activity progress and challenges (report on OneNote).
- Support PM and AFA to take and select high-quality project photos (MyDrive) for reporting and communication purposes.
- Support to record beneficiaries’ data, including data entry.
- Learning and Additional Support
- Facilitate collecting best practice examples from external projects to share insights with the team.
- Support PM and FC to identify farmers for primary interviews to develop project case studies.
- Learn and support other tasks assigned by Provincial Manager.
- English
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, rural community development, social economic development or any related fields., (fresh graduates are encouraged).
- Experience in one or preferably several of the following fields.
- Experience in facilitation, coordination, and guidance of local partner organizations and other stakeholders i.e., market actors, farmer groups, Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs), Community based organization (CBOs), or other local institutions on village, communal and district levels.
- Ability to work in complex environments and to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet project outcomes.
- Understanding, writing, reading, and speaking English and computer skills (MS office).
- Experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and other forums/events, coaching, and overseeing the work of others.
- Willingness to travel to and work with remote communities.
