Booking with Carriers/ Airline for Shipping Schedules, equipment & space.
Issuing Bill of Lading (B/L) to customers
Issuing Invoice to customers
Submit Shipping Instruction (SI) to Carriers/ Airlines
Maintain Shipment Files and Customers data
Any other tasks delegated by Managers.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
1 years’ experience in shipping/ Logistic Company is advantages.
Good command in English Speaking & Writing.
Good at Computer Literature (Ms. Office, Word Excel, Internet, & E-mail)
Be Able to use or command Carriers’ E-System to submit Bookings and SI to Carriers.
Hard-working & high responsibility.
Willing to learn, Flexible and friendly person.
Male is priority.
