Overview of the objective of the role: Set up, implement and maintain Food safety Management system GFSI, FSSC 22000
- Develop the Management Systems / GFSI strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met. Liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration. Maintain and improve, in line with business needs.
- Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
- Manage external audit process, preparing internal subject matter experts for audits, and ensure that non-conformances and audit follow-up are addressed in a timely manner.
- Support and coordinate Management Review data collection, management review meeting coordination, and post meeting documentation.
- Bachelor Degree In Food Science & Technology
- At least 3 years of relevant experience & knowledgeable in GMP/HACCP/ISO 9001/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000
- Self-motivated, able to work independently & in a team
- Good analytical skills

Executive, Reseller
Location: Province at North Region
- Manage the Province Reseller Partners in respective regions to ensure they are handling all portfolio with no out of stock & financially healthy,
- Manage and lead the sales force (sales team of the partners), provide guidelines and coaching to ensure team is fully equipped to achieve the sales targets.
- Encourage the resellers to run sales promotion activities from time to time to achieve targets,
- Conduct business review with at least top 30 key wholesalers,
- Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities on monthly basis and report to line manager. Give the ideas and propose to line manger for any opportunity or risk in your respective region.
- Ensure delivery services are on time from reseller partners to their customers,
- Ensure products are wisely distribute with available key SKUs stocks.
- Ensure that reseller sales teams cover all their daily call plans and weekly targets.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly sales performance review with DDM with clear explanation on performance drivers and action points.
- Grad or Undergraduate Degree holder in sales and marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG with 3 years of provinces management role.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business
- Strong team leading and coaching skills
