Objective of the Assignment
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Director of DMC. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders within the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The Executive Assistant will assist in the overall smooth running of operations and project support within the department.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence for the department;
- Provide logistic and administrative supports to the Department
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and conferences;
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time; and
- Provide general support as requested by the Director or other senior management.
- A bachelor’s degree in administration, business, management, or a related field, with a preference for a degree in English;
- One (1) year of work experience in an administrative or executive support role;
- Demonstrated commitment to long-term engagement and growth within the ministry;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Khmer and English;
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with confidential information;
- Excellent time management and attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams; and
- New graduates with previous volunteer and internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Objective of the Assignment
The objective of a Technical Coordinator is to provide organizational, technical, and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of projects, programs, and/or operations under the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), General Department of International Cooperation and Debt Management (GDICDM), Department of Multilateral Cooperation (DMC) ensuring effective communication, resource allocation, and adherence to the timelines.
- Ensure all technical aspects of a project align with its objectives and deadlines;
- Act as the central point of contact between management, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance to management and team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
- Facilitate regular communication between teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure that technical outputs meet quality and performance standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to maintain project integrity.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify potential technical risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle.
- Propose strategies to mitigate risks and address unforeseen issues.
- Maintain contingency plans to handle emergencies or unexpected delays.
- Provide data-driven insights to aid management in strategic planning.
- Perform other duties as requested by the management.
- A bachelor's degree in development studies, international relations, law, economics, business, or a related field, with a preference for a degree in law;
- Two (2) years of work experience in the development sector and/or private sector;
- Possess high-quality attributes in leadership, communication and coordination among various stakeholders;
- Demonstrated commitment to long-term engagement and growth within the ministry;
- Professional spoken and written proficiency in Khmer and English;
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while remaining flexible;
- Proven skills in budget planning and management, critical thinking, and problem solving; and
- Good interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
