Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Report to: Program Manager
- Period of Assignment: Approximately 2–3 weeks
- Duration: August 2025
- Attend a training session prior to the data collection period
- Conduct face-to-face interviews using smartphones
- Create a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all respondents
- Collect supporting documentation (e.g., photos, participant signatures) as required
- Report progress regularly to RSO staff and respond flexibly to field updates
- Ensure the accuracy and ethical integrity of data collection
- Closely coordinate with RSO staff and adhere to fieldwork protocols
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent information
- Requirements
- Hold at least an associate degree or demonstrate equivalent experience in survey data collection
- Prior experience conducting household surveys is strongly preferred
- Experience using online data collection tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox) is an advantage
- Basic digital literacy, including the use of smartphones, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to create a respectful and inclusive environment when working with diverse respondents, including children and persons with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer
- Proficiency in English is an asset
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within Phnom Penh and to other provinces mentioned above

- Enumerators are expected to adhere to all codes of conduct and policies of the Rabbit School Organization and its partners, including those related to child protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, anti-fraud, and social inclusion. A strong commitment to using disability-inclusive and gender-sensitive language is essential.
