The Rabbit School Organization (RSO) is a local NGO established in 1997 to provide education for children with intellectual disabilities in Phnom Penh. We initially launched integrated classes and vocational training programs at Toul Kork Primary School in Phnom Penh. In 2014, we expanded our services to three additional provinces: Kandal, Kampong Speu, and Siem Reap.
We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to serve as Enumerators for an upcoming field data collection. Enumerators will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires.

Position Summary
Report to: Program Manager
Period of Assignment: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Duration: August 2025
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Attend a training session prior to the data collection period
Conduct face-to-face interviews using smartphones
Create a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all respondents
Collect supporting documentation (e.g., photos, participant signatures) as required
Report progress regularly to RSO staff and respond flexibly to field updates
Ensure the accuracy and ethical integrity of data collection
Closely coordinate with RSO staff and adhere to fieldwork protocols
Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent information
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Requirements
Hold at least an associate degree or demonstrate equivalent experience in survey data collection
Prior experience conducting household surveys is strongly preferred
Experience using online data collection tools (e.g., Kobo Toolbox) is an advantage
Basic digital literacy, including the use of smartphones, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
Ability to create a respectful and inclusive environment when working with diverse respondents, including children and persons with disabilities
Excellent communication skills in Khmer
Proficiency in English is an asset
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Willingness to travel within Phnom Penh and to other provinces mentioned above

A strong commitment to using disability-inclusive and gender-sensitive language is essential.
