CONTEXT AND MISSION
The English & Professional Life trainer will be required to deliver a quality English & Professional Life training to our first- and second-year students in a physical classroom, closely follow up the students’ learning and behaviour, design and/or update lessons and lesson plans, develop quality teaching and learning materials, and join PN Cambodia’s social missions such as students’ internship, students’ graduation ceremony, students' integration, selection mission, etc.

- Training delivery
- Deliver courses using interactive, learner-centered, and innovative methods, including discussions, demonstrations, and a “learning-by-doing” approach.
- Design and develop training materials, handouts, and assessments required to support effective student learning.
- Review and evaluate all teaching and learning materials, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assess student progress through both formative and summative evaluation methods.
- Provide regular, timely, and constructive feedback on student work and overall performance.

- Teaching methodology
- Adopt PN learning models to ensure autonomous, interactive, and learner-centered teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify training needs, resolve issues, and continuously enhance training approaches and materials.
- Contribute new ideas and teaching methodologies to improve overall training quality at PN Cambodia.
- Apply and further develop pedagogical methods, tools, and best practices to strengthen learning outcomes.
- Use Google Meet, Hangouts, and Telegram efficiently and effectively to conduct online classes when required.

- Participate actively in PN Cambodia’s social mission, student follow-up, tutorship, virtual company, and student placement
- Actively contribute to the Training Team
- Organize and take part in school events, workshops, trainings, outings, and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening

- Bachelor's Degree in English for teaching (TEFL); another business’s degree is an advantage

CONTEXT AND MISSION
The SNAC trainer will be assigned to SNA team in training department of Passerelles Numériques Cambodia.
The SNAC trainer provides high-quality training to students, follow up, and consult in order to improve the learning of students to be fruitful. As well, produce documents in accordance with teaching methodology, pedagogy, and curriculum.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on technical experience, and a commitment to fostering student success.

- Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes on topics such as: Microsoft, Computer Architecture and Helpdesk and Maintenance, Cisco CCNA, Cybersecurity Cloud Computing, Containerization, and Computer basic skills
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, lab exercises, exam, and assessments.
- Support students in lab activities, workshops, projects, and real-world practice tasks.
- Student Support & Assessment
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams.
- Identify and support the weak students following by Student Supporting System
- Curriculum Development
- Continuously update training content to match industry trends and certification requirements.
- Collaborate with the SNA Training Team to improve course syllabus, instructional materials, and lab infrastructure.
- Teaching Methodology
- Constantly improve the pedagogy and exchange with colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address teaching issues.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain student records, attendance, and training reports.
- Support academic activities such as workshops, seminars, and IT events.
- Participate in social mission, tutorship, Virtual Company, and placement activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience in teaching or working in the field of systems and networking for 2 years
- Strong interest in teaching
- Cisco Instructor Certification (CCAI) or CCNA is a plus.
- Other certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.) are an advantage.
