- Logistics Planning
- Evaluate Local transportation company/Forwarder/Shipping company and selection
- Parts Logistics Operation Management
- Receiving shipping plan
- Transportation between Sea/Airport and Plant
- Customs declaration(Sea Cargo)
- Customs declaration (Air Cargo)
- Container Yard Status & Location Control
- Export Customs clearance and report to related parties.
- Emergency countermeasures
- Create recovery plan for vessel delay/Air plane delay/Local Transportation delay
- Parts Quality
- Communication window for Container damage/Sea accident claim
- Create Invoice for compensation
- Must have a valid drivers' license
- Experience in international trading business
- Language competency in English
- Computer literacy – able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic mathematics skills
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties
- Confidence in physical strength
Engineer for Production Control
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Notes: The employment contract starts from July 1st, 2023.
- Make Production plan such as annual production plan, half-year production plan, monthly production plan, CKD parts rundown an vehicle delivery plan.
- Manage Parts ordering
- Manage production control such as creating daily production schedule, monitoring progress of each vehicle, adjusting production schedule, reporting production result etc.
- Manage Master Parts List (CPL), update list follow NPC & ECI (*CPL = Component Parts List, NPC = Notice of Parts Change, ECI = Engineering Change Instruction.)
- Parts Change Instruction to Logistics and Assembly, QC team, Follow up result and report
- Communicate widow with Sales company for Vehicle delivery documentation
- Create VIN Instruction sheet and follow stamped result( VIN = Vehicle Identification Number)
- Good numeracy skills- able to make production plan, analyze and interpret data effectively
- Language competency in English
- Computer literacy – able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with related parties
Engineer for Internal Logistics Management

- Create Operation manual for internal Logistics
- Design Unpacking area layout
- Design delivery route, time schedule & dolly grouping
- Calculate workload and estimate required manpower for Internal logistics operation
- Design Logistics equipment and tool
- Parts Logistics Operation Management
- Create Container de-vanning schedule and update result
- Create Un-packing schedule and update result
- Create Returnable Shipping schedule and book vessel space
- Emergency countermeasures
- Robbing instruction
- Robbed module management
- RE-order by CPO or SPO *CPO=Component Parts Order / SPO=Sample Parts Order
- Packing arrangement for re-export parts
- Parts Quality
- Communication window
- Confirm Damage/Shortage/Miss Packing condition
- Send ER/SMQR* to Exporter
- Summarize Cost for Scrap /Re-work/Sorting
- Create Invoice for compensation
- *(ER: Early Report/ SMQR: Shortage and/or Mispacking Quality Report)
- Inventory control
