We are changing the way support is provided to people by giving them the resources, training and mentoring so that they can find a job they love. This is your opportunity to support learning on a range of exciting topics such as communications, team work and creativity. You’ll be engaging with employers and supporting them to find job seekers who match with their vacancies. You’ll also be working together with more than 300 multicultural Friends’ team members and partners across Southeast Asia.

- Keeping track of activities, monitoring the budget and preparing reports
- Building young people's skills through facilitating training courses and providing coaching support
- Designing and delivering training sessions skills development

- Marketing and selling our employment service to other employers

You could be supporting learning on a range of exciting topics such as communications, team work and creativity. We would someone to engage with employers and support them to find job seekers who match with their vacancies. You will be working on preparing business plans so young people can start their ventures. You’ll also be working together with a multicultural Friends’ teams and partners across Southeast Asia.

Social Work
Are you interested in building innovative social services for children & youth, their families and their communities? Are you a dynamic social worker who is passionate about working directly on the field? Then join us!
If you answered ‘yes’ then you may just be the person we need.
We are expanding our team and looking for Social Workers with diverse working background. You will be working with individuals and families supporting them to access the right service so they can build their future! You will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary Friends team consisted of other Social Workers, Teachers, Hospitality Trainers, Project Officers, Technical Advisors, Employment Workers, HR/Finance/Admin teams etc. - more than 300 multicultural Friends’ team members across Southeast Asia.

- Doing outreach in the filed such as streets, communities, prisons and connecting with those who need medical or social services
- Responding immediately and providing support to ensure children & youth are safe from any type of abuse
- Providing counselling to families, children and youths you work with
- Networking with authorities, NGO partners to make sure everyone is working together
- Coordinating with the team to make sure case management is running well for individuals and families
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure children are back with their families and attending schools
- Keeping track of activities, monitoring and preparing reports to the manager
