Electrical / MVAC Design Engineer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Positions open for Electrical Design Engineer and MVAC Design Engineer
- Preparation of study reports, design reports and technical notes.
- Preparation of technical documentation from Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development to Construction Documentation through to Construction Support.
- Will be responsible for the design of MEP systems for a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, industrial and healthcare. Responsibilities include development tasks such as performing preliminary and detail calculations, reviewing specifications, and responding to client requests.
- Bachelor degree in either MVAC or Electrical Engineering
- From 2 to < 5 years experience
- Excellent communications skills, good English is advantageous
- Professional and proactive, be able to accept the challenge
- Willingness to be contribute to our friendly team and eager to learn all related Building Services Disciplines
- Experience in REVIT and Navisworks is advantageous however training can be provided.
Secretary
Relationships: The Secretary will report to the Office leader and will work closely with the Finance and People department and all other members of the company.
Job Brief: to provide secretarial, accounting and administrative support services to the Office Leader.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Secretary for a small office based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and the other staffs based on site, the candidate will perform the full range of typical financial management, administrative management and Human resources duties.
- Finance:
- Review Financial Statement.
- Review Annual Tax Declaration.
- prepare Monthly Tax Declaration.
- Any other tasks as assigned by manager.
- Prepare E-Vat filing independent.
- Accounting and tax consulting for client.
- Working closely with the tax officer and dealing on the issue regarding tax form and filling.
- Process consultancy fees as per agreement and requirement.
- Maintain up-to-date expenses report in an efficient and easily retrievable form and coordinate with local financial officer and HQ finance team.
- Be capable to organize and file everything in hardcopies.
- Human Resource:
- Update monthly NSSF.
- Ensure that our HR policies are in compliance with local regulations and law by paying attention to any update/changes on labour acts.
- Assist and support any recruitment tasks, such as interview arrangement, local job board posting, etc.
- Other HR related tasks to be assigned by EA People Team / Office Leader
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant qualification (Student studying Tax Agent, ACCA are encouraged).
- 5 years post graduate experience in tax or accounting field.
- Be able to use MS Office programmes.
- Knowledge of accounting procedure and formats.
- Taxation Knowledge will be considered preferentially.
- High computer literacy with strong excel skill for financial modelling.
- Good command of spoken and written English (students studying ACE or with TOFEL are encouraged).
- Honest, Hardworking, flexible and high responsibility.
