5% of severance pay of the earned salary at the completion of the 2 year-contract

Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic teachers for our early-year campuses. The new hires will be homeroom teachers in the early year's program where the student age is between 3 years old to 6 years old.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and love for teenagers and enthusiasm for developing a happy, creative atmosphere for the students
- Ensure the teaching quality of his/her classroom meets the high standard of the school curriculum
- Prepare monthly lesson plan by using school online resources and ensure that the lesson plan of his/her classroom follows the school curriculum
- Keep records of student assessment, lesson plans, homework, and other documents per school requirements
- Assign and correct homework, unit tests, projects, etc.
- Evaluate the progress of students and discuss progress results with Students, Parents, and the School Management team
- Lead students to join various academic activities/projects and local and regional competitions
- Write report cards and conduct parent-teacher meetings two times per year
- Ensure and maintain safety, hygiene, and a stimulating environment for his/her classroom’s students
- Build good relationships and maintain good communication with Parents, Students, and Staff
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips, and special activities when requested
- Attend weekly meetings, professional development, Parents-Teacher meetings, and school events as requested
- Perform other teaching-related tasks as requested

School Counselor (2 Positions)
The position is for Expat
Salary: US 2000 - 2700 Gross per month
5% severance pay of the total earned salary at the completion of two years’ contract
Contract Length: 2 years
Student Level: Middle School, High School

- The Roles of School Counselor:
- To offer counseling and support services to students with problems with their general well-being due to personal, social, or emotional issues.
- To support and help school teams better identify and handle social, emotional, and mental health concerns affecting students to enhance learning results.
- Establish effective working relationships with every individual in the Westview community.
- To support the safeguarding and promoting of all students' health and wellbeing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individual and group counseling to students to help them understand and resolve social or behavioral difficulties
- To provide counseling to individuals and small groups according to the needs of the students.
- To work with students to promote abilities including planning, time management, and productive study habits
- To assist students in creating attainable academic and career goals and a strategy to attain them
- To assess students' skills and interests using psychological tests, interviews, and individual planning
- To deliver classroom guidance lessons/health curriculum on various SEL topics
- To promote positive, cooperative, and supportive interactions with the administration, parents, and resource agency representatives.
- To demonstrate the utmost professionalism and respect when dealing with school personnel, parents, students, and other members of the community
- To keep the necessary confidential records and store them safely.
- To inform students, staff, and parents about the counseling service and the school counselor's role.

- To submit timely reports to the Academic Manager for services rendered, such as session notes and incident reports.
- Collaborate and communicate with teachers, parents/caregivers, and other staff members to determine the students' support needs.
- To work together and network with staff from other organizations to seek expert specialists when necessary.
- To review and assess the service on an ongoing basis.
