- This permanent position has a three month probation period.
- Salary range: $1500-$2000+ other benefits
Position Summary
The position of Early Learning Centre Director is an opportunity to create a life-long legacy. The Director will play a vital role in embedding their knowledge and passion for early-years education throughout the project from an early stage. From designing spaces, to staffing the centre, to daily operations, the Director will be a central figure in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to thrive in.

- Skills and Experience
- University degree in Primary or Early Childhood Teaching, Child Development, Management.
- Business Management with proven results
- Team management skills including administrative duties such as training, scheduling and staffing.
- Substantial experience working with children and families in the early years
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a professional staff.
- Qualities
- Ability and willingness to work within a Christian organisation/environment
- Disciplined with priorities and reliable in completion of tasks
- Professional presentation in demeanour, written and oral communication
- Works well under stress with sustained positive attitude
- Strong ethic of service
