Phare Performing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd (PPSE) is a Limited Company in which Phare Ponleu Selpak Association (PPSA), a local non-government organization is the majority shareholder. It operates a daily performance venue in Siem Reap, Cambodia, called “Phare, the Cambodian Circus”. PPSE’s goals are to help building artists’ careers, prepare them for the future and to contribute financially to the artistic, social and education programs of PPSA.

PHARE CREATIVE STUDIO (PCS) is a professional production studio of animation, graphic design & illustration, video and sound recording. PCS is a new and innovative social business model operated by Phare Performing Social Enterprise Co., Ltd (PPSE). PCS nurtures Cambodian creativity and supports the new generation of Cambodian artists. PHARE CREATIVE STUDIO is the result of 3 decades of works in children protection, human development, creativity, arts and culture by Phare Ponleu Selpak Association in Battambang.

PHARE CREATIVE STUDIO pursues three complimentary social missions:

  • Provide gainful employment, personal and career development opportunities to young creative Cambodians;
  • Support durably the Visual & Applied Art School (VAAS) from our mother organization, Phare Ponleu Selpak;
  • Contribute to the rebirth of Cambodian modern art.

E-Commerce Officer

Position Summary
  • Report to:
  • Marketing Manager
  • Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Department: Sales & Marketing Department
  • Schedule: Full-time (44 hours per week)
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain, monitor, manage and improve online sales, including Phare website (Rezgo), Viator, Expedia, GetYourGuide and any additional booking sites that match our needs and requirements.
  • Monitor PCC website and online sales for accuracy, performance, appearance
  • Review web traffic reports (Google Analytics, Wordpress) to watch for performance trends and make recommendations to Marketing Manager
  • Export customer contact data from Rezgo, then import to Salesforce
  • Assist with e-newsletter sending and Salesforce Contact updates from bounce messages
  • Analyze all available data (Rezgo, Analytics) to understand where our customers are from and who is buying online, and report to Marketing Manager
  • Support Marketing Manager with social media and other digital marketing
  • Support Customer Service with online customer service / web chat
  • Join community engagement and other networking events
  • Assist with distribution of marketing materials
  • Assist sales team to print, prepare and organize account contracts and addendums
  • Enter new account information into the POS
  • Enter monthly PCC ticket sales figures into Salesforce
  • Assist with guest relations at Phare, the Cambodian Circus
  • Other duties as assigned by Assistant Marketing Manager, Assistant Manager of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Experiences with sale online platforms. (minimum 1 year)
  • Efficient English (Spoken and written)
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Self-motivated, proactive and flexible, friendly working environment.
  • Punctual, hardworking and ability to work as the team is an essential.
  • Honest, good behavior, reliable person and responsibility.
  • Comfortable in computer

Studio Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

Report to: Art Director and Studio Managers

Schedule: Full time (44 hours per week)

Salary: 250- 300$ per month based on candidate's qualifiication

Job brief and Responsibilities

PHARE CREATIVE STUDIO is looking for a passionate Studio Operations Coordinator excited to work on a dynamic company serving social interest to a community.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate high motivation and capabilities to carry out various tasks according to the project undertake by Phare Creative Studio.

Studio Operations Coordinator must be curious and open minded person with ability to collaborate with other team member to ensure that each production meets technical and creative requirements.

Studio Operations Coordinator must follow the brief from the project’s directors and/or Line manager. Studio Operations Coordinator are enough flexible to work on other project related PHARE CREATIVE STUDIO activities and additional hours to meet deadlines and production schedules. Some travel may be required if project need.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities can be progressive based on business activities and growth:
  • Manage variety of clerical duties that support the operation in Studio.
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order, Office supplies are maintained/stocked.
  • Maintain production document file, store properly in server, contract document file.
  • Update new customer and payment in client follow up list
  • Assist art director and/or line manager in organizing, planning and implementing the projects;
  • Oversee all production process follow up, guide, interpret the brief from client with Studio Team;
  • Prepare tracking documents for meetings and update tracking tools regularly;
  • Ensure schedules and objectives are met on each project;
  • Perform general administrative task, weekly meeting report, monitor production time line,
  • follow up with client for the operation process and follow payment both with client and accounting team.
  • Assist with translating and proofreading bilingual works whenever needed
  • Contribute to develop our community; field works related to Behavior Change campaigns.
  • Undertake other tasks and responsibility delegated by the Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Proven experience similar position in relevant field
  • (Business, Artistic Company, Design Agency, project management).
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, eagerness to learn and flexibility.
  • Initiative and organizational abilities, and strong autonomy
  • Passionate about social impacts through your works and daily actions
  • Fluency in English and Khmer
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong stress management skills and able to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Bachelor degree in management, business administration or fine art.
  • Basic knowledge of CS6 InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator is an asset
  • Basic knowledges about animation is a plus
