Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Technical Drafting: Creating detailed 2D plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models based on an architect’s sketches.
- Shop Drawings: Developing specific drawings for site construction, including cabinetry details, floor patterns, and ceiling reflected plans, lighting location .etc.
- Site Coordination: Visiting project sites to conduct accurate "as-built" measurements and ensuring the design fits the physical constraints.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all drawings adhere to Cambodian building codes and specific provincial land-use regulations.
- Document Management: Organizing drawing sets, managing revision clouds, and preparing "Issued for Construction".
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in or Associate Degree in Architecture.
Work History:
- Experience for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Expert in AutoCAD (2D/3D); Proficiency in Sketch Up, Revit (BIM), and Photoshop, VRAY, D5 for rendering.
- Strong understanding of construction materials (e.g., steel sections, glass fixing) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration.
Soft Skills
- High attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and clear communication with site engineers.
