Donor Report Coordinator (1 Position)
- To collaborate with the Support Program Manager, hhWASH Program Manager, School WASH Program Manager, Provincial Project Coordinator, PQ Manager, and other relevant staff to collect data and develop reports for Neverthirst, A Drop of Life, and other donors.
- To understand donor guidelines, reporting requirements, and submission timelines.
- To communicate with donors regarding the progress of reports and ensure their completion in accordance with donor requirements and timelines.
- To be aware of guidelines related to photography, story development, mWater, and other donor requirements.
- To conduct field visits and provide input on data collection, photographs, and reports in accordance with donor requirements.
- To ensure that donor reporting requirements are met and kept up to date, and to communicate these to staff to ensure understanding and timely action.
- To assist in developing action plans with program managers for preparing and submitting reports.
- To establish relationships with stakeholders and beneficiaries in order to identify specific and unique issues and stories for inclusion in reports from the program/activity locations.
- To assist the Support Program Manager, when needed, in completing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual narrative reports.
- To provide regular updates to the line manager, ensuring that overdue tasks are minimized as much as possible.
- To join meeting with the program and donors when needed.
- To serve as a positive role model of Christian values and identity throughout project operations.
- Perform other duties as required by line manager.
- Bachelor degree related field.
- At least 3 years of experiences on donor relations included report writing and project development.
- He/She should be a Christian.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- At least 2 years experiences in water, sanitation and hygiene management in the communities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and internet usage.
- To work independently and demonstrate the ability to multi-tasks.
- To travel to provinces occasionally.
- Good interpersonal skills; patient and flexible; demonstrates transparency, honesty, and integrity.
Program Quality Officer (1 Position)
- Assist the Program Quality Manager in coordinating with the field team to check and send daily and weekly data to Program Quality Manager.
- Review daily report against Monitoring and Installation forms and weekly missed done report.
- Coordinate with the field to troubleshoot all M&E related issues and to request for support from Program Quality Manager when required
- Verify GPS coordination of all water points under Neverthirst and A Drop of Life funds.
- Verify GPS data, review pictures of beneficiaries, and other activities photos from program teams and post or store them in the system accordingly.
- Support the Program Quality Manager in training of field team on M&E reporting requirements.
- Participate in strengthening capacity building to all project’s staff.
- Verify GPS data, review pictures of filter’s beneficiaries submitted from programs and post or store them in the system accordingly.
- Assist Program Quality Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly annual statistics and reports.
- Check, edit, and clean up data submitted from field staff and make made data confirmation for PQ Manager to send monthly data confirmed from all projects in CC.
- Perform document translation from Khmer to English and vice versa as needed.
- Visit provincial project often to support data collection teams or spot check monitoring process as required by the Program Quality Manager.
- Visit provincial projects occasionally with program managers or other departments and accompany visitors to visit the projects
- Provide and organize a meeting between PQ manager and program managers, field staff or data collectors.
- To take minutes in the meeting on behalf of PQ Manager.
- Perform other duties as requested by Program Quality Manager.
- 1-2 year work experiences in Program Quality/M&E or related field.
- Hold Bachelor Degree in English Literacy or related fields.
- Strong in IT skill with ability to use information communication technology for data monitoring (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Able to communication effectively in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
