Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, PR, and promotional events.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Strong sales skills with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Previous experience working in a resort or hospitality environment in Cambodia or Southeast Asia.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for guest service and wellness.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and holistic health practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Chief Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.
