Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead a small team of creative artists to deliver high quality content creations to achieve daily delivery.
  • Digital Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Skills in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics to optimize performance.
  • Content Creation: Ability to produce high-quality content, including banners and posters, Facebook posts, Instagram, TikTok, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in digital marketing; media and website management
  • Communicate effectively in English daily with other depts. and externals
  • Proficiency with the publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator etc.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight daily deadlines
  • Strong work ethics, responsible and a positive attitude.
 
 

Senior Web and Graphic Developer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Create and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly, ensuring they are functional on various devices and browsers.
  • Design graphics, logos, and visual elements for campus appeal, websites, marketing materials, social media, and other digital platforms to enhance brand identity and visual communication.
  • Create video content for digital campaigns, campus tours, testimonials, and promotional material
  • Create a positive user experience with university website by designing intuitive navigation, clear layouts, and engaging visuals that facilitate user interaction.
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) such as Javascript, WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal to update and manage website content, including text, images, and multimedia.
  • Integrate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices into website design and content to enhance visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and design effectiveness, making data-driven improvements as needed.
  • Organize and maintain a library of graphic assets and templates for easy access and efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective web and graphic solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients or team members on how to use and maintain the website and its features effectively.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • 2+ years of website development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or another related field
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
  • Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for engaging with audiences and collaborating with teams.
  • Experience building responsive websites with social media integration
  • Understanding of basic SEO and analytics principles
  • Well-disciplined and good with time management. Able to meet tight deadline.
