Please submit your self-declaration of eligibility using the designated form and your technical and financial bids by 14 June 2026 at 23:59, time in English only to email provided in the contact details.

The email subject line should be in the form of: Transaction no. - 7000008032

Details of our submission requirements are explained in the enclosed terms and conditions for application. Tenders which are submitted after the deadline, or which do not comply with the terms and conditions for application, will not be considered.

By submitting your tender, you accept GIZ’s General Terms and Conditions of Contract (in the currently valid version).

The tender must be submitted electronically to designated mailbox for tenders.

• The subject of the email must always state the transaction number (as per invitation letter).
• The tender must be submitted in one (1) email including two (2) zip folders named as follows:
• (a) TECHNICAL BID – 7000008032
• Note: The technical bid must not contain any information whatsoever about the price.
• (b) FINANCIAL BID – 7000008032
• Note: The financial bid must be submitted separately from the technical bid.
• The tender including the technical and financial bids may not exceed a total file size of 25 MB. To submit tenders exceeding 25 MB to designated mailbox, File Transfer must be used ( Annex 7)

If you have any questions regarding the tender, please send them no later than 07 June 2026 to email . All clarifications will be communicated simultaneously in writing to all interested parties.

Please address any commercial, technical and procedural questions at an early stage and no later than the deadline for tenderers’ questions specified in the invitation letter.

Please provide the following details in the email subject line: “7000008032- Questions - (your company initials)”.

Any responses will be communicated simultaneously in writing to all companies who have submitted via E-mail.
