Design and Digital Marketing Officer

We are looking for a Design and Digital Marketing officer to join our team and help us create and manage engaging social media content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. They will also be able to write clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

- Develop and execute social media content strategies & schedules
- Create and manage social media content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and infographics
- Prepare and update the existing designs on Illustrator or Photoshop for the social media posts and other marketing needs, such as new packaging, new flyers, new catalogues, etc.
- Optimize social media content for search engines and social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement
- Respond to social media comments and questions and link related departments
- Collaborate with other marketing team members
- KPI monthly reporting to management
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Illustrator/Photoshop skills
- Experience in social media content creation and management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Khmer & English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
