Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing
Report to: Director of Sales & Marketing (DoMS)

Schedule: Full-time (44 hours per week)
- To spearhead and lead in the market development of all market segments in view to create demand and sales to Phare, The Cambodian Circus, Phare Productions and other revenue streams.
- To coach, groom, guide, train and manage the Sales Team to meet both their personal and departmental KPIs.
- To formulate and implement sales territory and account coverage areas and with approval set KPIs for the department.
- To establish and develop sales strategy, tactic activation and promotions.
- To formulate and implement Customer Relationship Management concept and monitoring with Sales.
- To act as brand ambassador and participate in guest relations activities on site.
- To lead and implement in the communication effort and campaigns of PPSE including PR, traditional media and social media.
- To plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the consumers and the employees
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications contents
- Recommend, implement and maintain website design and operation.
- Plan and deliver Media and PR materials.
- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email and coordinate onsite Media relations.
- Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
- Develop marketing communications campaigns.
- Create thought leadership materials.
- Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
- Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
- Ensure the company protects and promotes its image in a proper, coordinated, and consistent manner.
- Cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community.
- Manage the flow of news about the organization to the media.
- Gather and disseminate timely information to press and staff.
- Create effective communication channels.
- Enhance effectiveness of press and publicity function.
- Act as a media spokesperson on behalf of the company and address questions and complaints.
- Plan and oversee press events.
- Detect public relations issues as they emerge and address them directly.
- Get company featured on radio, TV, or the Internet and other communications channels.
- Ensure that all opportunities for the CEO are fully vetted.
- Drive corporate strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies.
- Develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations.
- Determines communications strategy and execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization.
- Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments.
- Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines.
- Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
- Production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by DoMS.
- Ability to lead a team of people and to collaborate with other managers and Head of Department
- Experience in team and business management and/or Sales for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience working with CRM software
- Experience managing OTAs

Sales Manager
Report to: Director of Sales & Marketing
Department: Sales and Marketing Department
Schedule: Full-time (44 hours per week)
Salary: 600 -800$ per month (based on candidate’s qualification)
- Manage, lead, Supervise, organize, coach and motivate a team of 2 to 4 Sales Executives to increase PCC ticket and Phare Prod event sales at retail and travel agency accounts.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to assure alignment of activities
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in all relevant matters in Sales to achieve the company’s, team and individual target and Key Performance Indicator
- Attend weekly inter-departmental managers’ meetings
- Review monthly sales data to determine most effective use of resources
- Manage assigned territory of retail or travel agency accounts
- Investigate ways to encourage accounts to include PCC in their Siem Reap packages and Phare Prod event sales
- Initiate new and maintain existing account relationships
- Implement and manage sales contracts
- Find creative solutions to overcome objections and obstacles
- Provide accounts with PCC & Phare Prod marketing material
- Seek group and series sales opportunities and liaise with other team members when multiple accounts are involved to close the sale.
- Seek opportunities to make Phare more visible.
- Meet and greet VIP customers and partners at the performances
- Participate in market development activities and social networking opportunities in the community
- Complete admin work to Salesforce call / task reports, Office 360
- Assist ticketing and accounting department with any issues related to accounts
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing
- Produce and researching new potential prospects and sales options
- Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve sales Phare Tickets/ Private show
- Meet sales revenue targets
- Motivate and lead the sales team. Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to make better sales
- Manage team by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending new opportunities.
