Agriculture Program Officer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects, initiate project feasibility study and design, and lead the project implementation.
- Identify and promote relevant agricultural technologies.
- Representative MJP in the technical network and other relevant forum(s).
- Maintain good relations with the Agriculture Department and local authorities in the target areas.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (monthly and annual)

- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy or other relevant field of agriculture
- At least 5 years’ experience and working knowledge on agriculture technologies appliance within the rural community.
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Demonstrative team player, leadership skills, and communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Khmer (necessary).
- Computer literacy with skills in MS Office, excel, power point, and email.
- Highly integrity, fit for field traveling, can drive car and own a valid driving license.
