Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probation period of six (6) months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance in the preceding of contract assessment.
- Assist the CEO in overseeing all aspects of business activities.
- Led, tested and implemented programs and delivery models outlined in Operational Manual
- Supervise, inspire, and lead high-performing of core programs.
- Lead all aspects of capacity upgrading including program partners with local and international ecosystem builders, co-financing scheme proposal, pitch/demo day or business competition, etc.
- Lead all aspects of entrepreneurial cultural promotion in digital marketing including brand awareness, co-branding activities, and media management.
- Oversee the design and develop marketing strategies and activities to attract more SMEs, startups, venture capitalists, mentors, talents, incubators/accelerators, and other potential ecosystem builders.
- Lead to an increase in online and offline engagements, outreach, and interactions from the local and international entrepreneurial communities
- Oversee organization of capability workshops or seminars or entrepreneurship days; either jointly or separately with partnered institutions/organizations/ companies
- Initiate a Mentorship Panel that will provide business advisory and mentorship to entrepreneurs, startup founders, and other beneficiaries and help them grow.
- Guide the support on legal arrangement and process of disbursement of funds under satisfactory conditions and timely manner;
- Supervise the delivery of technical assistance to prospective investees and beneficiaries for their investment readiness
- Manage core divisions to undertake other relevant tasks related to market and business outlook, financial investment management, and mobilization, but not limited to other duties assigned by the CEO.
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Entrepreneur or another related field
- At least ten (10) years in similar roles and responsibilities
- Having been exposed to, with the leadership role, entrepreneurship programs internationally are highly preferred.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and Khmer, strong business skills, and a good network in startups and SMEs community are required.
