Duties & Responsibilities:
- RESPONSIBILITY 1: Grow local omni-channel performance in my consolidations of Sports
- Build and lead the best commercial offer and massplan, and organise efficient seasonal moves for the sports I manage
- Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my store through services and product purchases;
- Ensure Department Commerciality all year around with seasonal priorities and qualitative commercial areas as for recommendations from the Commercial Team
- Ensure that my physical and digital layout areas perform well
- Lead on safety and eco-responsibility
- Manage and achieve my commercial objectives and profitability for my omnichannel business (physically and digitally)
- RESPONSIBILITY 2: Manage a team
- Animate the Management Scheme scheme ( individual Mission, individual meeting, Remuneration, Performance) by integrating the challenges of transformations.
