Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA) is a non-profit, membership-based organization established in 2004 to ensure the prosperity and sustainability of microfinance sector in Cambodia. CMA is recognized by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and is a part of the Association of Banks in Cambodia. CMA has more than 100 members operating in 25 provinces and serving two million households. The core role is to facilitate microfinance operates especially its members in their operations and to strengthen communication with authorities, national and international donors, creditors and investors for better financial inclusion, responsible financing, and sustainability of microfinance sector.

Position Summary

Position Summary:

The Data Analyst and Digital Training Content Interns will work under direct supervision of the Head of Training and Development Department (HTD) for ensuring the smooth Training Department of Association toward achieving the ultimate goal of delivering value-added responsibility with the team to grow the CMA into a better.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and build online survey form (Microsoft or Google Form)
  • Collect Data, consolidate data using Excel
  • Analyze and visualize data on Microsoft PowerPoint or Excel
  • Basically analyze data by Microsoft Access or Oracle would be the plus
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information and communications technology (ICT), Analyst and Design or related field.
  • Minimum year 2, 3 or finish bachelor’s degree student or relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Access or Oracle, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, and Shoot video by using CANON or SONY Camera or social performance is a plus.
