The position is for Head of department
- Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric
- Maintaining and recording cutting, fabric consumption
- Fabric reconciliation for cutting department
- Determining production fabric average
- Meeting with production manager and discussion about cut plan

Packing (1 Position)
The position is for Head of department
- Ensure packing as per buyer's instruction (ratio, assortment, poly bag quality, tagging style, marking or labeling cartons etc)
- Complete packing an order before final inspection
- Preparing packing list and forward it respective merchants / production managers
- Keeping record of all shipped orders, left out pieces and informing the same to production manager
- Giving instruction to the packing, folding team about the packing requirement time to time and buyer specific Chasing finishing department for goods

- Experience and knowledge with garment factories is priority
- Have 3 years experience in management of Cutting section.

Sewing (1 Position)

- Line setting

Industrial Engineering (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Development and detailed description of manufacturing procedures, processes, and operation instruction based on product design, material, and composition.
- Selection and assignment of the method, tools, and machinery to the relevant processes.
- Planning and describing the material and process flow within the manufacturing process.
- Supporting management in the calculation of the cost of manufacturing for new product inquiries.
- Creation and follow-up of all related documents (e.g initial sample report to customer).
- Support production site on capacity, layout, and equipment planning.
- Conduct work circle “new product development” and follow up its activities.
