Customer Service Executive (2 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and chats and resolving customers' queries related in the pre- and post-journey
  • Work with relevant stakeholders, such as bus companies, for fulfilment of tickets booked.
  • Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.
  • Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Understanding effective meeting processes and practices and the importance of meeting KPIs.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English, and Khmer
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills
  • Well-versed in Cambodia's infrastructure and transportation details
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various queries
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Min. Diploma in any field

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Execute the organization's growth strategies and plans in the assigned territory.
  • Onboard new supply partners (Bus) and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Effectively communicate new product developments to our supply partners and drive effective usage.
  • Work with Business Owners (BOs) with the overall objective of enabling growth and profitability for the BO.
  • Take complete ownership of the operator experience.
  • Design customized processes and tools for BOs to enhance their operations.
  • Educate and train BOs' staff on processes and products.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supplier's team to ensure the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor SLAs and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Support, Product, Tech, Analytics, etc.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with supply partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Execution-oriented mindset to drive the implementation of growth strategies and achieve targets.
  • Ability to analyze and consume data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in both the local language and English for effective communication.
  • Ability to understand complex products and explain them in simple language based on user needs.
  • 2-6 years of experience in Sales/ Business Development

  • Develop communication which is impactful, effective and addresses key consumer need gaps.
  • Responsible for execution of both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Media management and execution to ensure optimization of marketing channels.
  • Campaign development, management, optimization and measurement on Facebook, Google & other media platforms.
  • Responsible for execution of BTL & on ground activities
  • Implement brand guidelines in all communications for the market - making sure they are followed and adopted appropriately.
  • Manage and execute social media channels, owned media communications and CLM for the brand
  • Execute adhoc and ongoing consumer researches for the brand.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Design, Product, Supply, Engineering etc) and external creative /media agencies & partners.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
