- Customer Service:
- Take orders, process exchanges and refunds, and answer any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers via the phone, email, live chat, Telegram, and other social media.
- Monitor feedback and communicate with customers as required.
- Client Relationship:
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviors and purchases.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers with buying.
- Processing failed/un-confirmed Orders:
- Monitor all daily failed or unconfirmed orders at the website.
- Contact customers to see if there are any issues with the website and or you/we can help them complete the transaction.
- Inform customers of stock shortages, locating the stock where possible.
- Webstore:
- Aid with the supervising and maintaining of the webstore, ensuring imagery, descriptions and content are correct.
- Working with IT systems to update customer details; process manual orders; monitor stock and stock movement; handle exchanges and refunds.
- Two years of experience in customer service
- Working effectively and efficiently within a retail and ecommerce environment.
- Experience with an online retailer would be beneficial.
- Good administration skills and ability to use Ms. Worlds and Excel.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.
- Influence in the Khmer, written and spoken. Be able to communicate in English is appreciated – Chinese is preferred.
- Forward thinking with an understanding of social media and online reviews

Merchant Recruitment Manager

- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing business partners and customers (vendors, MSMEs, and end-consumers)
- Prospect and contact potential business partners and customers
- Contribute to the development of prospect database
- Achieve/exceed merchant recruitment goals agreed upon targets by the deadline
- Resolve merchants/business partners inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep business partners aware of the latest developments
- Actively own and maintain a recruitment pipeline following Phsar121 business process and philosophies.
- Supporting in creating sales material to present to business partners and customers
- Develop a thorough understanding of the specific market segments, seasonality, and business trends/events
- Manage and monitory business partners’ reports
- Other tasks as assigned
- Two years of experience in outside sales and marketing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Customer Relationship Management)
- Having "Hunter" minded, capable of generating leads through strategic prospecting.
- Ability to build a relationship with clients and strong negotiation skills
- Have unquestionably high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be part of a stable, growing organization
