Customer Service Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Welcome customer once they arrived the office
- To answer telephone calls within two rings
- Be the first point of contact with customers either by phone, support ticket, e-mail, face to face and other communication channels.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Respond promptly and nicely communicate with customers in providing information such as pricing, services information and other inquiries.
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service
- Prepare and issue quotations and follow up customer requested
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Receive and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries
- Pass information to Data Entry team once customer confirmed to post job announcement
- Record details of any complaints and pass direct to departments which are have responsible to the issued
- Communicate and coordinate with internal sections and team work
- Provide and assist with technical information about tools and materials
- Other tasks will be assigned by Management
- Have good comprehensive of written English and communication.
- Have good knowledge and experience in using Word, Excel, email, and a web browser
- Have a good and friendly appearance and attitude and able to speak with clients on the phone and in person/individual customer oriented.
- Good at typing skills and be able to type Khmer Unicode
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks
- Should be looking for a steady and secure long-term position
- Able to work independently and/or as a team.
