Customer Service Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Schedule: Shift Work, 5 days working and 2 days off in a week

As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as the voice of redBus, ensuring seamless support for customers throughout their journey. You will handle bookings, resolve issues, and deliver timely, empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for answering inbound calls, emails, and chats and resolving customers' queries related in the pre- and post-journey
  • Work with relevant stakeholders, such as bus companies, for fulfilment of tickets booked.
  • Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders
  • Working with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Understanding effective meeting processes and practices and the importance of meeting KPIs.
  • LOB: Inbound, Outbound, Email, Chat
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:

Work History:
  • Experience for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:

Visual Design Executive

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday

As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing and Business teams to create engaging visual assets across social media, paid ads, landing pages, CRM materials, and offline touchpoints. You will ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines while also adapting to local market needs.

This role requires strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy, along with the ability to translate marketing briefs into impactful creatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously improve both creative quality and execution speed.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually engaging and brand-consistent static, motion, and video content for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, banners, posters, etc.).
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize creative storyboards and campaign visuals aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage video production end-to-end, including scripting, editing, sound, and final rendering.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) to boost audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop promotional and storytelling assets that align with campaign goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and creative tools to improve quality and innovation.
  • Prepare print- and digital-ready files for production or publishing.

  • Experience in Marketing Department, both offline and offline in Travel and Tourism Industry is a plus point

Marketing Assistant Manager

Position Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Phnom Penh, will be required to travel as per business requirements

As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, digital marketing execution, media optimization, and on-ground activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Product, Supply, and Analytics to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

This position requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate understands consumer behavior in the Cambodia market and can translate business objectives into effective marketing actions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist and support the Sr. Marketing Manager in planning,implementing, and developing strategic marketing campaigns tailored for Cambodia markets which is impactful, effective, and addresses key consumer need gaps.
  • Campaign development, management, optimization and measurement on social media, paid media & other media platforms; including briefing and managing creative, media, and influencer agencies; lead interactions for assigned projects
  • Independently manage the end-to-end execution of small to mid-sized B2C & B2B brand marketing initiatives (Digital, Offline: on-ground/ BTL activations, and events)
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign goals and timelines.
  • Track and analyze campaign results; generate insights and reporting to optimize future executions under the guidance of the Associate Director & Director of Brand Marketing
  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing materials and external communications.
  • Assist in conducting consumer insight activities and competitive landscape research to inform marketing direction.
  • Provide guidance to Jr./ Sr. Executives, Interns, and Freelancers; delegate executional tasks when appropriate.
