Customer Service Executive

Position Summary

REMUNERATION: We provide competitive salary and benefits including daily lunch allowance, social, accidental, hospital and surgical insurance among other things.

WORKING HOURS:

  • Monday-Friday : 8AM – 12PM; 1:00PM – 5:00PM
  • Saturday : 8AM – 12PM
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and proactively attend export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission follow-up from customers, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, and other related inquiries.
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurately.
  • Manage export billing/invoicing on time.
  • Follow up unclaimed cargoes if any.
  • Update weekly/monthly related reports.
  • Perform other tasks to be assigned.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Graduated from University
  • Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
  • Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
  • Willing to learn and initiating improvement in daily work.
  • Able to work independently and/or as a team.
