Customer Service Executive
REMUNERATION: We provide competitive salary and benefits including daily lunch allowance, social, accidental, hospital and surgical insurance among other things.
WORKING HOURS:
- Monday - Friday: 08:00AM – 17:00PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 – 13:00)
- Manage and proactively attend Import/Export documentation tasks including shipping instruction submission and follow-up with customers, advanced manifest filing, issuance of export bill of lading, issue arrival notice and other related inquiries.
- Liaise with relevant parties to ensure required documents are submitted on time and accurate.
- Manage import / export for billing/invoicing, timely.
- Follow up unclaimed cargo if any.
- Update weekly/monthly related reports.
- Perform other tasks to be assigned by management.
- Fresh graduates from university are encouraged to apply.
- Good at speaking/writing English and Chinese is an added advantage.
- Good at using Ms. Office basically Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.
- Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.
- Willing to learn and initiate improvement in daily work.
- Able to work independently / as a team.
