Job Summary

The Customer Care Staff member is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and compassionate service to patients and visitors. This role serves as a key contact point for inquiries, appointment scheduling, and patient support, ensuring a positive experience throughout the healthcare service process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails regarding healthcare services.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Provide accurate information about medical services, doctors, treatment procedures, and pricing.
  • Assist patients with registration and documentation.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow healthcare policies, safety, and privacy standards.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
  • Thai - Good
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in [English or Thai].
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Position Summary

Location: Poipet City.

Reports To: Customer Care Supervisor / Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Indonesian Translator is responsible for providing accurate oral and written translation services between Indonesian and Khmer/English to support Indonesian-speaking patients in healthcare facilities. The role ensures smooth communication between medical staff and patients, improving patient understanding, comfort, and overall healthcare experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time interpretation between Indonesian-speaking patients and medical staff.
  • Translate medical documents, reports, prescriptions, and consent forms accurately.
  • Assist Indonesian patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and hospital procedures.
  • Explain medical instructions and treatment plans in clear, understandable language.
  • Support customer care staff in handling inquiries from Indonesian patients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure effective communication.
  • Help improve services for international patients by providing feedback when needed.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
  • Indonesian - Fluent
  • Khmer is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Khmer language is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in translation or interpretation (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Understanding of medical terminology is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
  • Willingness to work in a hospital or clinic environment in Cambodia.
