We are looking for Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaking) to join our fast-growing team. Customer Services Officer (Chinese Speaking) will be responsible for providing the responds to client needs/questions/complaints through face to face, messenger, phone call, and email. S/he will be client guide to a better healthcare experience and ensure that client only needs to contact once to get the help client needs.
- Responds to client needs/questions/complaints via face-to-face, telephone, messenger and email in properly manner,
- Serves client by selling services/products and meeting client need
- Analyze client problems and provides information/solutions
- Assist in developing and maintaining positive client relations and coordinates with various functions within the hospital to ensure that client requests, questions, and complaints are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
- Receive and place follow-up phone calls, messengers, and emails to answer client questions
- Responds to insurance client questions regarding insurance benefits, eligibility and claim
- Work in close collaboration with clinical team to increase cross-service referrals within the hospital
- Assist line manager to develop plan of making loyalty clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with client through open and interactive communication
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- At least 1-2 years working at similar level with demonstrable success.
- Health sector experience is desirable but not required.
- Be well presented with a professional manner,
- Work well in a team and with a wide range of people,
- Effective communicator, fluent in Khmer written/spoken, good command of Chinese
- Sound computer skills including MS Office suite of programs
Midwife
Reporting to: Midwife and Nurse Team Leader
Probationary Period: Three (3) Months
Midwife – provide comfort, care and support for women during pregnancy, assist the doctor to help the delivery go smoothly, and give care/encourage for mother during early postnatal period. She will also assist the gynecology patient alongside with the doctor during their checkup and input the patient information into the hospital system to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Monitor and examine women during pregnancy, labor, and early postnatal period
- Give advice/recommendations to the new parents on breastfeeding and other best practices
- Monitor vital signs of the patient
- Prepare and ensure that all the instruments needed for the operation is ready
- Identify high risk pregnancies and transfer information to the doctor
- Take care and provide support to the mother after delivery including fluid injection and wound checkup
- Prepare patient documents and update patient records into system
- Control sub stock of the necessary medicine/items needed
- Contact patients regarding their lab results
- Assist doctor during checkup and consultation
- Answer and resolve maternity issues with pregnant women
- Perform physical examinations, measure vital statistics, take blood and other tests
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Midwifery/Nursery or equal qualification,
- Experience of being a midwife/nurse is encouraged,
- Experience in health care or hospital, and client database is highly desired,

Nurse
Location: Diamond Island, Phnom Penh
Reporting to: Nurse/Midwife Team Leader
Probationary Period: Three Months
- Provide medical care support to patient
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Taking care of paperwork and writing records
- Refill and prepare supplies in stock after used
- Perform accurate documentation of all nursing and patients’ records
- Available to transfers patients to other service or other hospital.
- Contact the patient and prepare the appointment
- Seek out new learning experiences, participate in classroom education, shows initiative in furthering nursing education
- Perform other tasks assigned by doctor
- Qualifications:
- Graduated nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree from nursing school with a certificate
- At least 1-year work experience in a nursing field
- Compassionate and willing to work with patients.
- Able to work under pressure and work as a team
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job of adult patients, ENT patients, Pediatric patients.
- Willing to be flexible and rotated to works in other clinics as assigned at three Medical Centers Be available to work on working days, weekend day with day Intermediate level of English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Strong interpersonal skills.
