Credit Assessment (3 Positions)

Position Summary

Level : Junior Assistant

Location : Oudong

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Check and survey loan/operation field
  • Collecting data (Client's living situation & Collateral)
  • Assess loan/credit document/file
  • Provide training
  • Other tasks as required by Branch manager/Head of Credit Assessment
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Holding bachelor degree in related field
  • At least 1 year working experience as credit officer/credit assessment or in related field
  • Analysis knowledge, communication and interpersonal knowledge, problem-solving, and decision making knowledge
  • Be able to speak, read and write in English a little bit
  • Know how to use Ms. Office
  • Be patient, honest, and trustworthy, teamwork
 
 

Loan Recovery (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Level : Assistant/ Junior/ Senior

Report to : Head of Loan Recovery Department

Location : Loan Recovery Department (Head Office)

Vacancy : 02 vacancy positions (Female 01 and Male 01)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Collect late customer information and provide data analysis for manger.
  • Record the resolved data and report to management.
  • Negotiate directly with customers and guarantors and cooperate with branches to resolves and Collect money form customers late.
  • Train new credit officers on procedures and share good experience if late loan settlement.
  • Need to increase good relations with branches and local authorities.
  • Track late/ unpaid customers who work away from home or have their address changed.
  • Set priorities, including defining strategies for dealing with late customers.
  • Monitor customer promises and sensitivity.
  • Collect as much money from late customers as possible.
  • Have a clear plan and goals.
  • Monitor the complaint process and resolve it regularly in each step.
  • Provide information back to the manager of any non-cash activities.
  • Increase honesty, clarity and high responsibility
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Holding bachelor degree of Law/ Banking/ Finance or related field
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • Has knowledge of microfinance and bank sector
  • Understand about Operation Policy and Guideline of BNKC
  • Understand Law, Regulation, Prakas and Announcement of NBC
  • Advance Excel and be able to use computer program ( Core banking, Ms Office, Internet , Email )
  • Be able to speak, read, and write in English or Korean
  • Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to appropriately and effectively solve the problem by showing good problem solving and negotiation skill with all levels and various situations; good interpersonal and communication.
