Forest Interactive provides revenue generating content platforms for mobile operators with trusted partners of 50 mobile operators and connected to 1.1B subscribers from across 33 countries since 2006. 

We operate highly-customizable platforms for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week of customer support for Service Delivery Platforms (SDP), Mobile Games Publishing, eVouchers, and quite recently in Mobile eSports in partnership.

Our headquarters is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with 14 regional offices in the United States, LATAM, the Middle East, and Asia.

To support business expansion in Cambodian Region, the company is seeking for potential candidate to fill the following positions:

Country Manager – Marketing and Business Development

Position Summary

This position is for Cambodian Region.

Report to: Regional Head.

About the job : Ideal candidate needs to define, direct and drive Cambodia’s market strategy and manage the teams responsible for planning and operationalizing those strategies to achieve the company’s products, business, financial, corporate and customer experience targets. 

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct in depth market research on popular Value-Added-Service for Mobile Industry
  • Conduct presentation to Telco’s and new/existing partners/clients
  • Build good rapport with Telco’s and Content Partners
  • Interaction with partners/clients regarding the feedback from any proposed services and provide solution within 24 hours
  • Prepare Services' Flow for every service proposed to partners/clients
  • Interaction and support with internal Creative Team and Technical Team in Malaysia (HQ)
  • Identify sales viability for the Department for new products development and marketing ideas
  • Prepare and present KPI achievement on monthly achievements to the management
  • Present industry facts and data into a comprehensive explanation
  • Go out, network, build relationship with new people from in or outside industry and be able to translate it to special projects related to mobile industry
  • Negotiate best deals with any partners.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Higher education in marketing or business administration or any other related field
  • At least 3 years progressive experience in related field
  • Experience in working for well-known telecom company is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with telecom company and/or content providers is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Value-Added-Service (VAS) and other products suitable for mobile industry
  • Ability to grow VAS revenue and help product market expansion
  • Excellent grasp of business case and financial analysis, sales management and time management
  • Exceptional skills in maintaining daily on-site customer appointments
  • High interpersonal and account management/business development ability
  • Result oriented, have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Existing relationship with the people from the industry and aggregator would be an advantage
  • Internet and computer literacy
  • Fluent in English and Cambodian
 
 

Assistant to Head of Product

Position Summary

Report to: Head of Product.

About the job : Ideal candidate needs to work closely with Country Manager and Products Team in Malaysia (HQ) to develop and manage digital product/service targeted to servce the needs of exisiting and new partners. 

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Marketing and Software team, in terms of creating, launching and managing Digital Products.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to plan, and execute product plan.
  • Assist in monitoring backend and front end development project timeline, and provide necessary support if any.
  • Ensure all existing and upcoming Digital products and operations are in good working condition (work closely with Quality Assurance team and Product Owner to assist UAT and/or A/B Testing process).
  • Monitor all Digital products to be in a good condition in terms of Revenue, Performance and usage Growth.
  • Study and compare other products / services done by competitors and improvise own Digital product continuously.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent field
  • At least 2 years in related experiences in digital content / VAS / telecommunication industry.
  • Good knowledge in technical documentation such as API documentation, ERD, process flow, etc. and able to explain how the process works both in technical and “human” language.
  • Able to translate technical documentation into a requirements request that can be understood by all related department (System Analyst, software development, marketing, and creative team).
  • Have basic knowledge about VAS / OTT content business.
  • Good knowledge in telco payment system such as MT/MO Charging, IOD, DCB, and knows how it works in general.
  • Easy going person with excellent cross-department communication skills.
  • Detailed person is a good advantage.
  • Internet and computer literacy.
  • Fluent in English and Cambodian.
