Corporate Sales Executive (1 Position)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
- Oversee the sales process at each stage from proposal to close deal to fulfillment and follow up
- Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute sponsorship promotion
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Follow up on leads generated through retail stores, research and promotional events
- Coordinate sponsors benefit to meet the client’s satisfaction
- Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate margin reports
- Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts
- Investigate and troubleshoot corporate client service issues
- Liaise with the finance and operation department to ensure timely deliveries service to customers,
- Other relevant tasks assigned by Manager
- Bachelor degree in Sale or Marketing field is preferred.

- Service-oriented with strong Selling and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Confident, honest, enthusiastic and a good team player

Branch Supervisor
Direct Report to : Branch General Manager
Department : Operation
Indirect Report to: Operation Manager
Working Hour : Flexible
Location : Piopet city
Working Day : 4 day off/month
Purpose of Position: To support Cinema Operation
- Care Operation of Cinema
- To take care customer service
- To ensure that there is sufficient manpower and plan its utilization
- To solve all the problem that happened with operation
- To delegate duties to subordinates and ensures that they conduct their duties appropriately
- To resolve customers’ complaints involving any of the assigned staff
- To counsels and discipline deviant subordinates
- Delegate job from management to all supervisor and team leader
- To perform spot check all locations in cinema
- To support and manage every event in cinema
- Stock Control
- To control all the lost and over of entertainment waste
- To check daily stock
- To Check the quality of every product
- To maintain facilities to be in good condition to use
- To find the suppliers to support the operation
- To maintain sufficient stock supply and control
- To verify on every Purchase Request & Purchase Order
- To order stock in local and oversea suppliers
- To send inventory stock request form to Thai support team to set up Vista button
- To send request to Thai support team for any change of product price
- To send report to Thai team such as: Concession Item Sales, Concession Sales Summary Report, CON Goods Receipt Note, CON Stock Entertain, CON Stock Receipt, CON Stock Variance Cost, CON Stock Variance Quantity, CON Stock Wastage, Stock Adjustments, Stock Transfers
- Training & Development
- To train new staff
- To build staff capacity
- To train all staff to understand about company's vision and operational standard
- Daily and Weekly briefing operation performance to subordinates
- Check List
- To verify every check list of Box office, Concession, cleaner and usher
- Quality Control
- To verify Concession, Box Office, Projectionist, Usher,Toilet, Manager on Duty, Cash, IT System, Media (9 station of Quality Control)
- Deep Cleaning
- To check report of deep cleaning every station
- To perform daily spot check every station about cleanliness
- Safety Control
- To control Cinema Safety, Staff Safety, Customer Safety, Stock Safety FIFO, Cash Security and Fraud
- Other Duties
- Other tasks assigned by the management
- Work Experience
- At least 3 years experiences with Cinema operation or similar position
- Experience with Entertainment Industry would be advantage
- Education &Training
- Master or Bachelor degree of any field is required
- Computer Skill
- Micro Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and email
- Language
- Ability to communicate in Khmer fluency and good command of spoken and written in English and Thai is a plus
- Personal Quality
- Results driven, self-motivate, stress tolerant and be able to work under pressure with tight deadline, positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty

Expectations - - Control the branch for aggressive marketing in order to increase the guest count
- Control in adding Member for Mpass/M GEN/App: to expand Big Data customer base
- Control In designing marketing weapons in every branch to meet the target group of each branch
- Control Cross Promotion with Landlord / Partner
- Control proactive marketing With negative branches (Ebit loss)
- Control newly opened branch Basically encouraging people in the area to recognize
- Control Group Booking / Gift Voucher in government agencies and Partner
- Control Promotion By Location to increase value and stimulate frequency of services
- Control in Seasonal Promotion By Location to encourage people to use the service
- Barter various products to bring promotions to the branch. In order to reduce the cost for the company
- Control of Local Media: to effectively reach the target group Online or On Ground in the area.
- Barter releases various media to reach each target group. In order to reduce the cost for the company
- Schedule a meeting with the branch To introduce strategies and strategies in working methods For efficient work
