Strategic M&A over the past three decades have vaulted Pernod Ricard into one of the top-tier international Wines & Spirits organizations in the world. In July 2017, Pernod Ricard (Cambodge) Co. Corporate Customer Development Partner

Position Summary

Department/Division: Sales

Report to: Assistant Sales Manager-HNWI

Subordinates: Nil

JOB SUMMARY

  • Reporting to the HNWI Assistant Sales Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for building business relationship and partnership with corporate customers such as banks, petroleum, telecommunication, embassies, and key corporate customers to develop brand preference for PR Cam portfolios.
  • He/she will also be responsible for collaborating with marketing & brand teams, Public Affair, TOFT sales team, and related parties to leverage corporate networking events into sales and relationship building opportunities.
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with corporate customers and develop brand preference for Ballantine’s & Chivas, Royal Salute, and wine:
  • Mandatory monthly engagement with as many as key stakeholders of corporate customers
  • Provide after sales service to corporate customers
  • Acquire new corporate customers and nurture the relationship with assigned existing corporate customers
  • Host local brand events targeting corporate customers acquisition and retention including running tasting programs, private dinners, presentation of high-end collection items
  • Collaborate with marketing & brand teams, and related parties to develop tailor made consumer promotion programs to push corporate sales
  • Develop strong partnerships with relevant external stakeholders that will enable acquisition and retention of corporate customers
  • Engage identified relevant luxury companies to build cross collaboration events and database acquisition / swapping
  • Identify and engage with relevant gate-keepers enabling access to corporate customers (sommeliers, business associations, etc)
  • Identify and engage with relevant F&B venues (restaurants for example) to develop partnerships enabling corporate customers acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Identify and engage with relevant tribes to convert them into advocates of High Age Ballantine’s & Chivas, Royal Salute, Martell Prestige products.
  • Enrich the knowledge and provide insights into corporate customers
  • Collect Personally Identifiable Information on customers customers in respect of PDPA regulation enabling to store database and improve the management of the corporate customers
  • Identify, report and propose counter-measures to competitors’ activities
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • Computer literate Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills are absolute must
  • Experience in luxury or hospitality industry is a must
  • Understands the culture & behavior of luxury industry
  • Sommelier experience and knowledge of the wine & spirits products (WSET diploma) are strong plus
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin spoken and written
  • Conversational grasp of local Singaporean dialects (eg. Teochew, hokkien, Cantonese) is a plus

Trade Marketing Executive

Position Summary

Department/Division: Marketing Department

Report to: Assistant Brand Manager

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager, this position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating trade marketing activities and programs for on-trade and off-trade accounts to achieve key marketing and sales objectives.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Planning:
  • Clear understanding of target consumers and key customers of the business. Understanding consumer preferences in the market, why they buy Pernod Ricard or competitors’ brands, in order to recommend development opportunities
  • Develop and upgrade organized approach to execute consumer and trade marketing programs
  • Develop Category Management program for Off Trade channel in close coordination with relevant Sales team
  • Maintain and update database of suppliers; strong network skills to find cost-effective high-quality suppliers
  • Initiate/ Design channel-specific sales tools in line with brand strategies
  • Gather fresh market intelligence to capture insights on changing consumer behavior in appropriate channels
  • Implementation
  • Assist in executing promotional efforts of specific brands &/or group of brands in close coordination with the Assistant Brand Manager and Sales member assigned to the outlet/channel.
  • Manage all merchandising & promotional third-party agencies (TPAs) and ensure their effective operations within agreed budgets, objectives and timeframes
  • Evaluation
  • To qualify proposals of field-originated promotions and recommend changes consistent with brand strategies and budget.
  • Administration/Support
  • Complete documentation of budget spending for tracking purposes
  • Implement training programs for merchandising and/or promotional agencies in coordination with the Brand Manager

Business Analyst

Position Summary

Department/Division: Finance

Report to: Finance Manager

The incumbent will perform Business Analysis to understand business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, i,e. Operations, Finance, Sales and Wholesalers to get proper financial data
  • Run various sales and financial reports on an ad-hoc basis from (i) Group accounting system and (ii) Group reporting platform, as needed by General Manager/Commercial Manager/Brand Manager/Finance Manager
  • Data mining as per Team’s requests
  • Responsible for monthly reporting and data upload on Group’s internal reporting system
  • Prepare monthly reports, both data and qualitative business comments, on a timely and accurate basis
  • Support Finance Manager for consolidation entries on Group’s internal reporting system
  • Participate in forecasts preparation with Finance Manager (monthly sales forecast, Budget, revised Budget, balance sheet forecasts, cash forecasts)
  • Other assignments as requested by Finance Manager
  • Support accounting basic entries & retrievals when needed
