General Working Conditions
- Working hours 6.30am – 2.30PM (8 hours/day )
- Day off Sunday (1 day/week)
- Observed Public Holiday Wage Double hourly rate
- Overtime 1 1/2 times hourly rate
- Tips Shared equally between Khmer kitchen staff
- Revenue Shared sale target policy
- Probationary term 3 months (includes training period)
- Food Preparation (clean, wash, cut, storage, etc.)
- Cooking (Grill, fry, Steam, etc.)
- Plating dishes
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning Kitchen Station
- Assisting with grocery shopping
- Tracking kitchen inventory (food, supplies, etc.)
- Other tasks will included by head chef and Manager as needed.
- 1+ Years cooking in a western restaurant.
- Excellent attention to detail and willing to make sure every dish served looks and tastes excellent
- Strict use of good hygiene and sanitation practices
- Friendly, confident and willing to learn new things
- Decent in English language needed
- Must have dependable transportation
- Proactive – always finds productive things to work on without being asked (cleaning, washing, preparing food, checking food stock, etc.)
Coffee Service Staff
Hours
- Weekly: 30 Hours per week
- Monday – Friday: 3pm – 8pm
- Sunday: 8AM – 1pm
- The weekend schedule will change periodically, but the staff will always have one day off.
Compensation
- $150 - $200/month, depending on experience, language level, and attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Greeting customers and making recommendations, including upselling;
- Preparing coffee drinks, shakes & juice smoothies;
- Ensuring the quality of food & beverages before serving the customer;
- Preparing payments and making change for customers;
- Managing orders (in-house and delivery) by phone or iPad.;
- Cleaning tables and maintaining cafe cleanliness;
- Assist with stock control, inventories, and supplies ordering, including assisting with receipt collection;
- Follow new processes to assist staff and customers;
- Assist with reviewing expenses and opening and closing cash sales effectively;
- Following and maintaining Key Performance Indicators of the team;
- Other tasks as requested by the Manager.
- At least one year working in a café or restaurant, at least partly in English
- Excellent English skills and native Khmer language (speaking, reading & writing)
- Experience making espresso drinks
- Minimum 1-year contract + 3 Months probationary period (15 months)
- Willing to work hard and fast.
Cashier Service Staff
Start: As soon as possible
Days:Monday –Friday/0.5day Saturday
Hours: 4PM – 8PM (~20 hours per week)

- Explain Gym Programming to Customers and Tour Facilities
- Wash & Fold Towels – Washing machine and dryer.
- Help Clean – Keep an eye on gym and spot-clean sinks, pick up towels, cups, some sweeping and mopping; this is not primarily a cleaning position, but it is all staff’s responsibility to help keep things tidy.
- Requirements
- Excellent English – Must be able to communicate in good English (40% of our members are international), if you cannot, do not apply.
- Fun, Exciting Personality & Confident – You will often be a first point of contact with new clients, you must be confident in speaking and explaining.
- Computer Literate – Familiar with data entry and comfortable with a computer (not just a phone).
- Willing to clean – This is part of the job.
- Preferred but not required
