COO’s Assistant
Location: Head Office
- Assist the COO in customer development, responsible for visitor reception and help to interpret in the meeting as well as other related events.
- Assist to visit and investigate local markets, including financial institutions and customer markets.
- Assist in internal work communication, coordination, and feedback., etc.
- Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Assist to visit the local government, regulatory authority and shareholders to get acquainted with each other and assist to report the current operation and work plan of the bank to seek for support.
- Organizes and manages priorities of meeting, including scheduling, sending reminders, and other needs
- Organizes and take a minute of meeting as well as tracks regular (daily, weekly, monthly,) reports.
- Other tasks assign by COO
- Report directly to COO
- A bachelor’s degree with a major in finance and banking or other related fields.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English Communication skills with Cambodian nationality
- Professional requirements public relations, business management and other related majors.
- Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skill, good team-spirit, honest and reliable.
- At least 2 years’ experiences in a similar position with Banking, MFIs and other.
- High integrity, fast learner, and adaptability
- Possess good professional ethics and rigorous work attitude
