The role is ideal for a creative storyteller who can produce engaging content, oversee posting across social channels, and help shape our digital strategy. - Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram.
- Work with the founders to create storytelling content that reflects lifestyle, design, and local Khmer products.
- Manage in-house production and occasionally coordinate outsourcing.
- Social Media Management:
- Set up and manage posting schedules using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other recommended platforms.
- Ensure content is aligned with the brand voice and consistent across all channels.
- Track performance of posts and suggest improvements to grow engagement and reach.
- Strategy & Growth:
- Stay updated on local and international social media trends.
- Support both organic and paid content strategies.
- Recommend best practices and tools to optimize workflow and results.
- Proven experience in creating and managing social media content (portfolio or examples required).
- Prior experience in NGOs or community based projects a plus.
- Strong creative eye for storytelling and visuals.
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva and CapCut (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Passion for lifestyle, design, and promoting local Khmer products and brands.
- Excellent communication in both Khmer and English (required).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
