Consulting Manager
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident Consulting Manager fluent in Khmer, English, and Chinese to join our growing team and drive sales for our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, converting inquiries into clients, and providing accurate information about immigration pathways. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, culturally aware, and passionate about helping clients navigate life-changing immigration decisions.

- Promote immigration services to prospective clients in person, online, or via phone.
- Proactively contact leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
- Use multilingual communication to connect with English-, Chinese-, and Khmer-speaking communities.
- Conduct preliminary client consultations to understand immigration goals and assess eligibility.
- Clearly present suitable immigration programs, pricing, timelines, and required documentation.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Maintain regular communication with potential and current clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Track leads and client interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in promotional events, webinars, and community outreach programs targeting Chinese- and Khmer-speaking populations.
- Assist in translating promotional materials or interpreting during client sessions when needed.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and social media content based on market trends.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and service offerings.
- Brainstorm and share best practices with colleagues to improve group sales results.
- Work closely with case processing teams to ensure smooth handover after sale.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, consulting, client services, or a managerial role
- Fluency in Khmer, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Clear and confident phone etiquette and teleconsulting skills
- Customer-focused mindset to understand and address clients’ immigration needs
- Highly motivated in a sales-driven role and able to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt quickly to immigration changes
