Position Summary

The primary objective of this assignment is to assist the World Bank’s Health, Nutrition, and Population (HNP) team in monitoring and verifying the progress of development and implementation of the information systems, including ensuring: (i) compliance with specifications and timelines outlined in the respective Terms of References, (ii) adherence to national and international standards for data security, privacy, interoperability, and user-friendliness (including WHO Digital Health Guidelines, HL7/FHIR, ICD-10/11, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR principles where relevant); and (iii) effective stakeholder engagement, training, and change management for sustainable adoption.

As per World Bank Short Term Consultant guidelines the contract will have a maximum of 40 days between September 15, 2025, and June 30, 2026. The possibility of an extension will depend on project needs and performance. A complete Terms of Reference can be found at this link
