We are seeking a qualified consultant/ consultancy service to assist us to undertake two assignments simultaneously:
Assignment 1: assess and enhance the business plan, operation, and financial system of our company to be ready for investment from Australian investor, including preparing other essential documents responding to the investor’s requests.
Assignment 2: provide capacity building to Navita’s management team on investment readiness including terms, conditions and legal aspects of investment, investment and negotiation and relationship management.

Position Summary
Expected duration for executing these assignments is from mid-September 2023 to end-January 2024.
Requirements:
Have at least 5 years practical experience in enhancing business plan, operation, and financial system of Small and Medium Enterprises, particularly in agri-food processing sector.
Have at least 5 years practical experience in training and coaching entrepreneurs to enhance their capability in investment negotiation and management.
