Consultancy Curriculum Development, Training, and Pre-Mid-Post Assessment

Scope of Work

The Foundation looks to employ a consultant, group, or firm with the expertise in early literacy development to conduct the three tasks below. Based on the qualification of the applications, the selected group may be offered one, two or all three tasks.

Task 1: Curriculum alignment, adaptation, and creation for pre-school children (4-6 years old)

Task 2: Community facilitators training in Siem Reap

Task 3: Monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Timeframe

  • Curriculum alignment, adaptation, and creation: June 2021 – August 2021
  • Community facilitators training in Siem Reap: The initial EFE facilitator training will be in August 2021. The mid-term and final workshops will be held January 2022 and May 2022, respectively. Weekly check-ins with facilitators will occur between September 2021 and May 2022.
  • Monitoring, evaluation and learning: August 2021 – June 2022

Level of Effort:

A rough total of 60 days level of effort is expected to be required to complete this assignment (30 days for the curriculum development, 15 days for trainings, 15 days for assessment).

Travel Requirements – The consultant will need to travel to provinces to conduct training and their cost should be included in the proposal as a package of this consultancy assignment.
