- Dual education is a form of professional training where practical training occurs at the workplace and theoretical learning takes place at an educational institution.
- Upon completion of the training, you will receive a state diploma;
- Flight expenses covered;
- Transportation from the arrival location to Alabuga;
- Initial payment of $550 (50% on the day of employment and 50% after two weeks of work);

- Template marking and technological holes and openings cutting;
- Template marking and installation of embedded elements;
- Template marking and adjustment of reinforcing elements;
- Template marking and mounting of hinged equipment;
- Assembly of the hull in accordance with the design documentation and technological map;
- Preparing the hull for testing and transporting it to the test site;
- Preparing the hull for Technical Control Department handover;
- Training of designated staff members;
- Adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, as well as fire safety rules;
- Compliance with work schedule regulations.
