Compensation and Benefits Officer
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will manage full processes of compensation and benefits for all employees. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the incumbent will need to ensure smooth processes of own areas of responsibility. S/he will also maintain staff budget and administer all sorts of employment contract preparation and amendments.
- Degree in HR or related disciplines;
- Proven work experience in C&B management or a similar role in the HR department, experience with international working environment is a plus;
- Experience of using HRIS and running a range of reports;
- Attention to details;
- Be a data-driven person and strong command in using Google/Excel spreadsheet;
- Be a positive, productive and problem solver;
- Sound knowledge on Cambodian labour law and other related regulations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
