CWCC is a local not-for-profit organization, has been operating since 1997 and continues to grow its services to women and children who are victims of domestic violence, rape, and trafficking. CWCC's mission is to empower of women and girls to claim their universal human rights to personal security and to equal participation in community, civil, economic, social and cultural life through strategic program of Prevention, Protection, Advocacy and Organizational Development.

CWCC is seeking to appoint capable, energetic, and committed person for the following positions.

Community Organizing Project Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and make plan of project According to project activity and outcome.
  • Cooperate and maintaining good relationship with relevant institution, local authorities and NGOs.
  • Prepare training session and conduct training for beneficiaries in the targeted communities.
  • Form youth groups, women group and other network groups and build their capacity.
  • Conduct field visit to follow up and monitor the progress of youth group, women group, community volunteer networks in the target communities.
  • Work with group members to provide awareness raising on GBV to other community members.
  • Prepare progress report for donor.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in management and/or social work
Work History:
  • Experiences working in similar role for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Excellence in oral and written English
  • Good working knowledge of computer programs, MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Soft Skills
  • Have initiative, motivation and team leading skill with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and coordinate activities independently under the guidance of Program Manager
  • Most importantly, gender sensitive and committed to women’s rights.
 
 

Livelihood & Income Generation Project Officer

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and make plan of project According to project activity and outcome.
  • Cooperate and maintaining good relationship with relevant institution, local authorities and NGOs.
  • Organize training course on financial literacy and saving group management to the target community members.
  • Facilitate community members including other vulnerable people to form self-help group and encourage them to make plan for income generating activities.
  • Conduct regular meeting with those target community members to hear their problems/challenges and provide possible solutions
  • Conduct field visit to follow up target community members and provide coaching and mentoring
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly report, and case study
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in management and/or social work
Work History:
  • Experiences working in similar role for 3 years as a minimum
