We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive to join our dynamic strategic communications and PR firm. This position plays a vital role in managing client relationships, crafting and executing effective campaigns, and fostering growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in public relations or communications, demonstrating expertise in media relations, content development, and client management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Maintain and deepen strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Lead client strategy and planning meetings, presenting campaign ideas and progress updates.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports that showcase the impact of PR initiatives.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients.
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop creative and strategic communications plans that align with client objectives.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, content pieces, and other public relations materials.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, content, social media) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Secure positive media coverage across print, broadcast, and online platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of PR events and initiatives.
- Business Development & Growth:
- Actively contribute to new business pitches, developing proposals and presentations.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients, initiating outreach.
- Evaluate campaign results and industry trends, making recommendations to enhance effectiveness and business growth.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Minimum [0-3] years of experience within a PR agency or similar communications environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in media relations, securing valuable placements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and Khmer is essential
- Experience in budgeting and project management.
- Experience in social media strategy and content creation.
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in using project management or PR-specific software.
