ល័ក្ខខ័ណ្ឌការងារ / អត្ថប្រយោជន៍៖
- ធ្វើការចាប់ពីថ្ងៃចន្ទ ដល់ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង៧៖០០ព្រឹក ដល់ម៉ោង ៤៖០០ល្ងាច។
- ផ្តល់ជូនការធានារ៉ាប់រងសុខភាពសម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកនិងក្រុមគ្រួសារ។
- ផ្តល់ជូនថ្ងៃឈប់សម្រាកដែលមានប្រាក់ឈ្នួល។
- ផ្តល់ជូននូវអាហារថ្ងៃត្រង់។
- សម្រាប់ប្រាក់ខែនៃមុខដំណែងនេះគឺផ្អែកទៅលើបទពិសោធន៍និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់បេក្ខជន។
- កាតព្វកិច្ច និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវចម្បង៖
- មានចិត្តចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្សេងៗ និងរៀនអំពីប្រធានបទនានា ដែលជួយអភិវឌ្ឍខ្លួនឯង ទាំងផ្នែកព្រលឹងវិញ្ញាណ និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ព្រមទាំងរៀនអំពីគោលនយោបាយ និងនិតិវិធីផ្សេងៗ។
- បង្កើត និងគ្រប់គ្រងបរិយាកាសមួយដែលផ្តល់ការថែទាំ គំាទ្រ មានគោលបំណងច្បាស់លាស់ មានការជម្រុញដល់ការសិក្សា និងការលូតលាស់របស់កុមារ។
- រក្សាបរិយាកាស និងគោលបំណងនៃជំនឿគ្រីស្តបរិស័ទនៅក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន។
- តុបតែង រៀបចំ និងរក្សាថ្នាក់រៀនឲ្យមានពន្លឺភ្លឺ និងមានការជម្រុញដល់ការរៀនសូត្រ។
- កំណត់គោលដៅបង្រៀន និងលទ្ធផលនៃការសិក្សារៀនសូត្ររបស់សិស្សឲ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ ដោយមានការជម្រុញដល់ការរៀនសូត្រ និងមានការរំពឹងទុកខ្ពស់។
- រៀចំ និងរៀបផែនការមេរៀន (ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងប្រចាំសប្តាហ៍) ដើមី្បបង្រៀនកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់សាលាមេត្រីភាពអន្តរជាតិ ដោយប្រើវិធីសាស្រ្តបង្រៀនដែលបានអនុម័តដោយសាលាមេត្រីភាពអន្តរជាតិ។
- រក្សាសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងវិន័យឲ្យបានល្អក្នុងចំណោមសិស្ស ការពារដល់សុខភាព និងសុវតិ្ថភាពរបស់ពួកគេ និងបង្កើតកាលវិភាគដែលគិតដល់តម្រូវការរបស់សិស្ស ព្រមទាំងចាត់អាទិភាពទៅលើពេលវេលាបំពេញកិច្ចការ។

- ធ្វើការស្និតស្នាលជាមួយគ្រូបណ្តុះបណ្តាល (TNT) ដែលបានចាត់តាំង សម្រាប់ថ្នាក់រៀនរបស់អ្នក។ ណែនាំ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តគ្រូបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយចិត្តល្អ ចិត្តអត់ធ្មត់ និងការគោរព ដោយជួយឲ្យពួកគេយល់អំពីទស្សនៈនៃការអប់រំ និងវិធីសាស្រ្តនៃការបង្រៀនរបស់សាលាមេត្រីភាពអន្តរជាតិ។

- ជំនឿ និងគុណតម្លៃសំខាន់ៗ៖ (ឧ. និយោជិករបស់យើងអនុវត្តស្របជាមួយនឹងជំនឿ និងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះរបស់អង្គភាព ដោយរួមបញ្ចូលចំណុចខាងក្រោម)៖
- រក្សាបាននូវទំនាក់ទំនងផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនជាមួយព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រីស្ទ និងធ្វើជាទីបន្ទាល់ដែលស្ថិតស្ថេររបស់ទ្រង់។ ចូលរួមថ្វាយបង្គំ និងអធិស្ឋាននៅក្រុមជំនុំយ៉ាងទៀងទាត់។
- បង្ហាញ និងធ្វើជាគំរូនូវការបន្ទាបខ្លួន ភាពចាស់ទុំផ្នែកអារម្មណ៍ ការអត់ធ្មត់ ការស្រលាញ់ ការទទួលយក ការលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងការយល់ចិត្តដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ។
- ព្យាយាមឱ្យមានសាមគ្គីភាព ការផ្សះផ្សា និងការស្តារឡើងវិញក្នុងចំណោមបុគ្គលិក។

- បទពិសោធន៍៖ យ៉ាងហោចណាស់មានបទពិសោធន៍ជោគជ័យផ្នែកបង្រៀនរយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំ(បទពិសោធន៍នេះអាចបំពេញបានដោយបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីគ្រូគរុកោសល្យបឋមសិក្សារបស់សាលារៀនមេត្រីភាពអន្តរជាតិ។ មានបទពិសោធន៍ការងារជោគជ័យរយៈពេល ២ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើការជាមួយកុមារនៅក្នុងបរិបទអង្គការ សាលារៀន ឬ ក្រុមជំនុំ។
- តម្រូវការផ្សេងៗទៀត៖
- មិនមានកំណត់ត្រាព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ។

Communication Specialist
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Location: Phnom Penh (Svay Pak)
JOB PURPOSE: Under the guidance of the Communications Supervisor, the Organizational Communications Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of AIM internal organizational communication plans and initiatives, providing support to AIM’s Senior Leadership Team and Human Resources in their efforts to better engage AIM’s leadership and staff by clearly communicating AIM’s mission, vision, values and related AIM cultural initiatives. Show’s creativity, professionalism and clear understanding in the development and translation of communications and plans.
Key Relationships:
Program director: Director of Human Resources.
Reports to: Communications Supervisor.
Direct Reports: No.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide in- country translation and support for AIM’s SLT CEO, Co-founder, traveling to AIM programs and helping speak to ALL people in program regardless of their primary language or background.
- Work with the AIM internal communication team- assist with the set-up of communications for initiatives in all programs and departments.
- Provide support for other HR needs and initiatives.
- Provide proofread for all written document that translated from English to Khmer and vice versa.
- Collaborate with management team to develop and implement an effective communication strategy.
- Provide simultaneous interpretation and/or consecutive interpretation for seminar, conference and meeting both on side and online.
- Provide translates video, audio and other media with both English and Khmer subtitle.
- Consults with subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately.
- Refer online translation tools for additional assistance with translation.
- Follows up with clients or other department to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
- Translates a variety of documents including Bible, literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, commercial, and government announcement materials.
- Other duties as assigned.

- No criminal record.
- An active member of a local Christian church.
- Pastor’s reference.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Must be good in English and Khmer Language.
- Must be good in Khmer grammar and spelling check.
- Have detail eyes.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, email and the internet.
- Understanding and familiarity with Cambodian law and customs.
- Work well in a team.
- Ability to solve problems and think critically.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Organized and able to manage information.
- Ability to deal with instructions and criticisms with an attitude of learning.
- A good command of the bible knowledge.
