Communication and Marketing Manager
Location: Sen Sok, Phnom Penh
Besides basic salary, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and other benefits such as 13th-month salary, seniority fund, health, life and accident insurance for 24 hours, and phone card allowance. Moreover, working condition comply and benefit with Cambodia Labor Law.
- Make communication and marketing annual plan (including online, offline, visiting, events and campaigns)
- Manage annual budget and specific fund
- Produce brand, marketing, and PR materials for Good Neighbors Cambodia
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, IG, YouTube and Website)
- Create Good Neighbors Cambodia brand guidelines
- Create event promotional campaigns
- Lead global campaign in local country
- Organize donors visiting team and event (Korean Visitors)
- Coordinate logistic arrangements and shipping
- Organize Events (Gala, Handover, Grand Opening, MoU)
- Partnership, network, and business meeting
- Lead and organize partner retention programs, annually.
- Grant Project Communication
- Design all printed PR materials (Annual report, storybook, project brochure, leaflet, event materials, etc.)
- Design posters, card news, infographics, and all designs for social media
- Design Good Neighbors Cambodia's internal communication materials (Head office, 7 CDPs, and two projects)
- Design project's signboard, billboard
- Product Video and film for organization and projects
- Create video concept
- Draft scenario board
- Write script and detail scenes
- Make an operational plan (pre-production, production, and after-production)
- Location and cast selection
- Lead and facilitate production crew and supplier
- Develop product branding for CDP's product
- Do marketing plan for CDP's product
- Develop CDP product and reputation
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in International Development, Public Information of Speech, Journalism, CSR, or related studies.
- Minimum 3 years of appropriate professional experience as a management in NGO or INGO International Development Agencies.
- Qualified 4 years of experience in media public relations and partners relation
- Good English, Native language Khmer, Korean Language is preferred
- Good operating Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Canva, Cap cut, multimedia, and event is a required (knowledge in concept design is preferred).
- Knowledge of admin, finance, logistics, sale, networking and hospitality
- Honest and trustworthy, hard-working, positive attitude, result oriented, friendly energy and willing to learn

- Qualified in Project and Program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Special treatment for fluent Korean.
