- Policies, Compliance & Community Accountability
- Ensure projects follow internal policies, legal regulations, and community compliance standards.
- Monitor donor and community compliance requirements.
- Review documents and procedures for accuracy and transparency.
- Support internal audits, risk management, and community accountability processes.
- Train staff and community representatives on compliance guidelines.
- Assist with M&E data management and tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, IT, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- At least of experience in communications, media relations or public information for 2 to 3 years

Green Community Officer

- Lead technical support for Natural Resource Management (NRM) under AFD projects.
- Facilitate and strengthen CF (Community Forests), CPA (Community Protected Areas), CFi (Community Fisheries), CIP ( Community Indigenous People) in Preah Vihear provinces.
- Reactivate and build capacity of community-based NRM groups.
- Coordinate and collaborate with technical experts, project staff, partners, donors, and government agencies on CF/CPA/CIP/CFi issues.
- Monitor and evaluate performance and impact of CF/CPA/CIP/CFi activities, documenting lessons learned and evidence-based results.
- Expand NRM/IP networks at local, subnational, national, and international levels.
- Support legalization processes including establishment, agreements, management plans, and monitoring frameworks.
- Mobilize resources and engage stakeholders to strengthen CF/CPA/CIP/CFi management plans.
- Provide training and monitoring on environmental and social safeguards for CF/CPA/CIP/CFi communities.

- Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in the NRM sector, preferably with NGOs for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of NRM concepts, principles, frameworks, tools, and best practices.
- Fluency in English, with an additional regional language preferred.
- Proven experience in providing technical guidance and support on NRM issues to partners and staff.
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in computer use.

Cashew Nuts Specialist

- Promote quality standards, post‑harvest handling, and processing methods to increase competitiveness.
- Collaborate with project staff, government agencies, private sector, and donors to advance cashew sector development.
- Monitor and evaluate cashew production activities, documenting lessons learned and success stories.
- Support resource mobilization and partnerships for cashew value chain initiatives.
- English - Fluent
- Khmer is preferred
- Postgraduate Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agro‑industry, or related fields.
- Experience in cashew nut production, processing, or value chain development, preferably with NGOs or agricultural projects for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Strong technical knowledge of cashew cultivation, pest/disease management, post‑harvest handling, and processing.
- Experience in farmer training, cooperative strengthening, and market linkage facilitation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer or another regional language is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and reporting skills, with proficiency in computer use.
- Proven ability to provide technical guidance and support to farmers and cooperatives
