- Deliver effective and creative marketing strategies
- Commit to achieve the sales targets assigned
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Host client events and presentations
- Undertake competitor analysis and provide regular market updates
- Monitor the progress of tenancies and liaise with lawyers on legal documentation
- Undertake other duties assigned by manager
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant skill
- Proven sales experience
- Committed to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Chinese language is an advantage

- Must be willing to work weekends
Research Analyst
Department: Research and Consultancy

Education/Experience: Graduate – Graduate +1/2 years’ experience
This is a very exciting opportunity for a Research Analyst to join a prestigious global real estate brand as part of its Cambodia Research and Consultancy team.
The Research Analyst would work closely with the Research and Consultancy Manager, supporting him with a number of day to day tasks and cutting-edge research. Work would include data collection, data analysis, report-writing, ad hoc research and liaising with the Asia Pacific research team as well as other industry professionals.
The candidate will be utilising their research and analytical skills to provide high-end research, consultancy and reporting services to key internal and external stakeholders. He/She should be able to work under minimal supervision, whilst displaying a high level of initiative and maintaining a positive professional attitude at work.
- Collect, process and analyse economic and real estate data.
- Identify latest developments and trends across all sectors.
- Manage and update the research database.
- Liaise with the company’s Asia Pacific office on regional and global research initiatives.
- Assist in writing half yearly market updates on the key real estate sectors in Cambodia.
- Assist in preparing presentations/slides.
- Prepare responses to press questions on Cambodia’s markets.
- Assist in the writing of development feasibility studies and financial analysis.
- Any ad hoc research requests on an internal or external basis.
- Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Statistics or any relevant qualifications
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy at work
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, other languages (Khmer, Mandarin) a plus
- Pro-active and highly adaptable
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Preferably with previous experience in real estate
